Established in 1984, Women in Film Dallas is a non-profit membership organization and part of the global community of Women in Film and Television International. Our mission is to empower, promote, and mentor professional women in the film, television, and screen-based media industry.
We do all of this without staff or brick and mortar, led by a volunteer board and members who donate their time and talents.
A potential audience of nearly 10,000 and 80,000 impressions per year.
Our active membership of nearly 200 is diverse and represents the entire spectrum of the industry. Our members are producers, directors, writers, cinematographers, performers, makeup artists, script supervisors, agents, attorneys, vice presidents, composers, editors, costume designers, educators, executives, CPAs, and the list goes on.

If you’re in the business of show business, become a corporate member and get four memberships for the price of three.
Substitutes from the organization are allowed to attend in a member’s place at all WIFD events.
Memberships are for a 12 month period.
