Established in 1984, the Topaz Awards were created to honor distinguished Texas woman and men who, through their own vision, have made outstanding contributions to the film and television industry.

Criteria for Nominees:

1. A woman working in production/media in the North Texas area
2. A woman who has had an impact on production and/or women in the field
