Elaine Frontain Bryant serves as Vice President of Non-Fiction & Alternative Programming of A&E Network and Bio Channel. Frontain Bryant oversees production on several critically acclaimed and highly rated real life series: Criss Angel: MINDFREAK, Paranormal State, Psychic Kids, and the highly anticipated series The Exterminators.
Prior to joining A&E Network, Frontain Bryant served as Vice President of Creative Development and Production at Magna Global Entertainment, overseeing the creation and production of original television programming funded by Interpublic Group's Fortune 100 clients. She was an Executive Producer on TNT's original movies The Wool Cap and 14 Hours, and CBS' Humanitas Award nominated film, Saving Milly. She was co-executive producer of the first two seasons of Bravo series Blow Out. Prior to joining MAGNA Global Entertainment, Frontain Bryant directed and produced two seasons of The N's teen non-scripted series Girls vs Boys and produced more than 15 episodes of the Peabody Award-winning A Walk in Your Shoes, also for The N. She has also produced the independent feature film The Farmhouse, starring Blythe Danner. She is a graduate of Texas Christian University and lives in New York with her husband and daughter.
Mary Pelloni is best know for launching and creating the hit reality TV series Bridezillas. As Executive Producer of Bridezillas, Pelloni scored the WE network’s highest ratings ever for original programming. She is a TV show veteran and has produced several national talk shows—working with well-known talk talent as Sally Jessy Raphael, Gordon Elliott, and Montel Williams.
After several years in the Big Apple, she retired her snow boots and headed west to be a producer on The Roseanne Talk Show—where she worked very closely with Roseanne and the comedy writers and producing all comedy sketches, celebrity guests and hour-long specials with icons like Oprah Winfrey, Bette Midler, President Bill Clinton among others. From The Roseanne Show, she moved on to be the Executive Producer and partner of the Houston based talk show for teens, Teen Talk. Pelloni launched the hit makeover show How Do I Look?, featured on the Style Network.
In 2006, Pelloni signed a development deal with Lifetime Television. Currently, Pelloni is producing partners with legendary comedian Paul Mooney on Judge Mooney and Mooney's one-hour stand up Know Your History: Jesus Was Black and So Was Cleopatra (currently airing on Showtime). Pelloni’s long time passion project is working as the Executive Producer and Director of Paul Mooney’s documentary, In the Mind of Paul Mooney (w/t). She currently lives in Los Angeles developing and creating TV shows.
Kim Clemons, a California native, graduated with a degree in Radio Television and Film from San Jose State University. She then moved to Texas where she reported and produced for local news talk programs, Good Morning Texas and Positively Texas! In 1999, Clemons relocated to New York to produce talk and reality shows for NBC Universal The Ainsley Harriott Show, GRB for A&E Growing Up Gotti, SciFi and the USA Network's Crossing Over with John Edward.
In 2004, Kim moved back to Texas and freelance produced for the WE Network with John Edward Cross Country and Bridezillas, Fox News with Hurricane Katrina coverage, and Style! Whose Wedding is it Anyway. Clemons joined AMS Pictures as a Senior Writer/Producer in 2006 and recently produced the documentary A Colored Life: The Herb Jeffries Story. She is currently producing a wedding show pilot for WE.
Karen Barnes is the Senior Vice President of Development & Production at HIT Entertainment. She brings more than 20 years of television production and broadcast experience to HIT. In her role, Barnes oversees the development and production of the Barney & Friends television series, along with all Barney™ Home Entertainment releases. In addition, Barnes is the Executive Producer for Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps, which follows an 8-year-old Angelina as she embarks on the next stage in her life at a new school where she’ll experience new forms of music and dance.
Most recently, she served as a production consultant for Sesame Workshop, Hallmark Channel and ToddWorld. Prior to that, Barnes held several positions at FOX, including Executive Vice President, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment and Executive Vice President, Development and Programming at FOX Kids. Barnes started her career at The Jim Henson Company, where she was head of production and development for North America.
She has received numerous awards and recognition for creative achievement, including a George Foster Peabody Award and two National Education Association Awards. Before venturing into the creative arena, Barnes was a business affairs attorney and is also a certified mediator. She received her BA from Marymount Manhattan College and JD from Fordham Law School.
Tammy Nguyen Lee is the Director of Development and Distribution at AMS Pictures, where she oversees development of all original programming, including television series and marketing and distribution of a heavy slate of documentaries. She graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University's Meadows School of the Arts with a degree in Cinema and received a MFA from UCLA's prestigious Producers Program. She has worked in a variety of roles in the entertainment industry, from acting, directing and producing, with experience in Hollywood at studios,, music video and commercial production, motion picture and documentary production and now TV series development. She is the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards for her work in the arts and community.
Nguyen Lee is a firm believer in giving back and serves actively in a variety of leadership roles in numerous charitable and civic organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of WIF.D as Co-Chair of Membership and Programs. In 2007, she founded ATG Against The Grain Productions, a 501(c)(3) non-profit production company that promotes Asian American education and cultural awareness and raises money for international orphanages. She is currently producing an independent documentary, Operation Babylift: The Lost Children of Vietnam.
