KERA’s Bill Young, Vice President of Programming, will address PBS operations, the 2009 digital revolution and the costs associated with broadcasting a project. Sylvia Komatsu, Senior Vice President of Content, will focus on the initiatives that KERA has for the future while Rob Tranchin, Executive Producer and liaison to Independent Producers will discuss types of productions and what independents might find useful.
