From actresses, documentary, feature film and video producers, to writers,
award winners, and industry go-getters, Women In Film.Dallas is proud to
announce the 2007 Board of Directors.
“What a talented group of ladies!” states previous Membership Co-chair and
newly appointed President Meredith Stephens. “When you combine the experience
and enthusiasm that these professionals have, you can’t help but imagine the
possibilities that our board and members will contribute this year to our
production community.”
Women In Film.Dallas was first created over 20 years ago with the key
intention of championing women in individual and common goals in the film and
television industry and is one of the forty affiliated chapters of Woman In Film and Televission International, a nonprofit organization with more than 10,000 members
worldwide. This year promises to follow in the footsteps of the many leading
ladies that made this organization become the area’s major voice for advocacy of
women in the entertainment industry.
From the Topaz Gala Awards, presenting area scholarships, involvement in film
festivals, to hosting film screenings and numerous networking opportunities,
Women In Film.Dallas offers loads of opportunities for anyone to get involved
in the organization and the business. To learn more about becoming a member or
