Jessica Schoenbaechler - Chick Flicks |

Jessica currently works at AMS Production Group as a
Coordinating - Producer/Writer for The Art of Living Gallery, a
nationally-televised show about art and art therapy. She assists with
developing and producing nonfiction TV and long-form documentary. In addition,
she is an adjunct professor at UT Arlington where she teaches video production
classes. Jessica recently completed the MFA in Documentary /Production from the
University of North Texas (2006), where she produced/directed, shot, and edited
numerous documentaries with UNT professors and students. Prior to that, she
taught high school English
and Speech in Austin. Jessica has experience
writing treatments, grant applications, and educational curriculum. Her recent
career highlights
include hearing her voice on TV as a key interviewer for
Aardman's US-version of Creature Comforts and being on location shooting in New
Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and in Israel at the beginning of the war with
Lebanon. As a member of WIF.D, Jessica would like to get to know the media
industry better, make a meaningful contribution to the community, and to assist
in making Chick Flicks a fun event and high-quality showcase of women's work.
